Privacy
What we collect
- Account: email, and what you tell Susu about yourself.
- Agent inputs: the messages, files, and credentials you give Susu so she can act for you.
- Connected accounts: tokens for any third-party service you link, plus the data Susu reads or writes through them on your instruction.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We see a customer ID and the last four digits of your card; we don't store full card numbers.
- Diagnostics: app version, device type, crash logs, basic interaction events.
- Approximate location from IP, for security and tax. No precise GPS.
No advertising IDs. No third-party ad or tracking SDKs. No contacts, photos, microphone, or precise location unless a task you give Susu requires it.
How we use it
Operating the agent, building Susu's memory of you so she helps better over time, billing, support, security, and legal compliance. That's it.
Who we share it with
Service providers acting for us, under contract: AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) under terms that prohibit training on your data; cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud, Firebase); Stripe; email delivery; error monitoring. We will also disclose data if legally compelled.
How long we keep it
While your account is active. After deletion, within 30 days (backups up to 90 days; legally required records longer). Diagnostic logs up to 12 months.
Your rights
To access, correct, export, or delete your data, email susu@susu.support and we'll handle it within 30 days. EEA/UK/Swiss users: you can complain to your data protection authority. California users: we don't sell or "share" your data under CCPA/CPRA, and we won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Security
TLS in transit, encryption at rest, MFA-gated access for staff. No system is perfect; we'll notify you if a breach affects you.
Children
Susu is not for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We don't knowingly collect their data.
Apple App Store and Google Play
This policy is the authoritative source behind our App Store Privacy Nutrition Labels and Google Play Data safety disclosures. Platform permissions you deny override anything here.
Changes
Material changes get 14 days' notice by email. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
